The Blue Suede King - Richard Butler reenacts the stylings of Elvis Presley through voice, music, movement and charisma performing songs spanning decades including the ‘50’s Hillbilly Cat era, the movies of the ‘60’s, the ‘68 Comeback Special and the slick Las Vegas ‘70’s.
He offers interactive family entertainment that is both educational and amusing as he guides his audience through his “Elvis Odyssey.” Mr. Butler has performed in casinos throughout the Southwest but concentrates his efforts in his home of Tucson, Arizona where he has produced, directed and starred in a number of performances at The Gaslight Theater in Tucson. He performs at “Elvis Expos” in Las Vegas, Laughlin and Los Angeles.
Corporate Clients including Coca-Cola, Raytheon, Liz Claiborne, and Chanel have utilized his talents for lively party functions.
